Vietnam B2B trade-fair guide / Foodservice & hospitality
Food, beverage and hospitality supply at SECC. Design for practical product discovery, hospitality demonstrations and conversations with professional purchasing teams.
Exhibitor planning angle
Agree what will be tasted, prepared or operated on the stand. Check the organiser rules for food handling, storage and utilities before committing to a demonstration kitchen.
This independent guide is for exhibition planning. Zeno is not the event organiser and does not sell admission or exhibition space.
What to resolve early
Show how the product or equipment fits into a restaurant, cafe or hotel operation.
Plan preparation, tasting, replenishment and conversations as separate tasks so visitors can move through comfortably.
Confirm power, loading, rigging and operational requirements with the organiser using the current manual.
Work backwards from the permitted installation window and allow time for agreed checks.
From allocation to handover
Collect the latest exhibitor manual, floor plan, stand number, submission dates, service forms and move-in programme from the organiser.
Agree the audience, products, desired visitor action, demonstrations, meeting needs, storage, budget range and internal approval path.
Develop the approved booth direction against the allocated footprint and coordinate the information included in the agreed submission and production scope.
Build the contracted scope, coordinate installation within the confirmed programme and complete the agreed checks before the exhibitor team takes over.
