Opening day is only one milestone. Your booth schedule also needs room for decisions, technical submissions, artwork, production and the final checks before visitors arrive.
Start with the current programme for your Vietnam exhibition and work backwards from handover. Give each task an owner, and agree which approvals must be complete before the next stage begins.
Begin with the show programme
Mark the event dates, exhibitor handover time, move-in window and every organiser submission deadline.
Separate technical submissions from service ordering and artwork approvals. They may be owned by different people and have different deadlines.
Protect the production window
Allow time for concept approval, technical development, material decisions and final artwork before fabrication.
Include procurement, transport and equipment handling in the schedule. Resolve dimensions and technical requirements for demonstration products early.
Plan the final checks
Create an agreed check list for graphics, lighting, displays, furniture, storage and included systems.
Give the exhibition team time to test demonstrations, rehearse visitor conversations and organise materials before the show opens.
